Terms & Conditions. Payments, Delivery and Returns.

Clearpay customers and agreed instalment payments

Goods will only be dispatched once full payment for purchased goods has been completed and cleared.

This applies to customers using Clearpay or who arrange to pay for goods in instalments by BACS payment or Standing Orders

Delivery Details.

Your order will usually dispatch within 48 hours of purchase and you will be informed of any delay to the delivery.

All shipping in the UK is free and included in the checkout price.

Deliveries within the United Kingdom

All deliveries are sent via Royal Mail with tracking information. Due to the location of the dispatching address, deliveries may take a day longer than usual to arrive.

Damaged items, Returns and Refunds

Should you be dissatisfied with your purchase, items can be returned in a re-saleable condition only for a refund within 28 days of purchase. Should you wish to return an item, please contact the studio first. Photographic evidence of any damage to the item is required before refunds are processed

Undamaged items must be returned in a re-saleable condition. Please use the original shipping tube/packing material the item arrived in along with authentication documents shipped with the item.

Please include:

  • your name

  • order reference

  • postal address

  • reason for return.

When returning items it is the customers responsibility to ensure that the items arrive in the condition they were originally received. Returned items must ship with a tracking service and appropriate compensation cover in the event of loss or damage.

We cannot accept any responsibility for items lost during the return shipping and in this event cannot reimburse the customer. Please ensure that correct postage is paid Returns sent with incorrect postage will not be delivered and the refund will not be paid.

Return shipping charges are non-refundable and are the full responsibility of the customer.

Customers in the United Kingdom have the statutory right to cancel your order and return any goods ordered in exchange for a refund within 28 days of purchase.

European and Worldwide Deliveries.

Currently we are only dispatching to addresses within the UK. If you are a buyer/collector located overseas we would be delighted to speak with you directly to discuss acquisitions and bespoke shipping rates.
