The Northumbrian coastline and specifically the shoreline of Berwick Upon Tweed provides infinite inspiration and source material for Paddy’s thrown and slip cast ceramics. Working primarily with stoneware and porcelain, Paddy layers and combines mid temperature range glazes to echo the essence of the many shapes and surfaces he encounters given by the sea on his daily beach walk.
